Summer and winter prices – Seasonal rental in Val Gardena

During the winter the flats are only available for the whole season from December to the end of March.

In summer, the apartments are mostly rented seasonally, in June and September weekly.

Prices include: accommodation, bed linen, final cleaning, parking in the garage, central heating, use of a shared washing machine, electricity.

We remind you that as from 01.01.2024 a 'temporary visitor' tax of 3,40 € per person and per day will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments.
